Sweetmax Unauthorized Weekly Card Charges Since August and Refund Request

I recently discovered that my visa debit card from SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has been charged every week by a company called Sweetmax without my knowledge or consent. When I checked my account today, I saw that these withdrawals have been happening regularly since August, with amounts such as 248, 240 and 230 NOK taken in separate transactions. I have never knowingly signed up for any subscription, service or product from Sweetmax, and I do not recognize this company at all. I did not authorize these weekly payments and I was not informed of any agreement that would allow them to charge my card in this way. For a long period, this has caused financial loss that I only just noticed by carefully reviewing my account history. I request that all the money withdrawn by Sweetmax since August be fully refunded to me, and that any subscription or arrangement linked to my card be immediately cancelled. I also want any future withdrawals or charges by Sweetmax to be permanently blocked. I expect this situation to be investigated, my card details to be protected, and my financial loss to be compensated in full.
