SweetMax $32.99 Weekly Charges on Chase Card - Cancellation Request

I have been receiving an unwanted weekly charge on my Chase card from “SweetMax-1214904353 Cheng Sha Wa” for 32.99 USD. According to my statement, the first charge I detected was around August 12, 2026, and the payments continue to be taken every week without my consent. I do not remember installing any application, game or subscription service related to “SweetMax”, and I have no access to any app, web page or customer panel where I can manage or cancel this supposed service. For this reason I consider these recurring charges to be unauthorized. I kindly request that all future charges from “SweetMax-1214904353 Cheng Sha Wa” be cancelled immediately and that my card be permanently unsubscribed from any service associated with this merchant. I also ask that written confirmation be provided that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further debits will be made.
