Sweatcoin Won’t Let Me Delete My Account

On May 21, I attempted to permanently delete my Sweatcoin account, but the system does not allow me to complete the process. I follow the account deletion steps in the app, enter my reason for deleting the account, and press the submit button. However, every time I try, I receive an “error” message and the deletion process does not go through.

I have not contacted the support team about this issue yet. I am requesting that my account be permanently deleted as soon as possible and that all of my personal data stored within the app be completely and permanently removed.

I also request that Sweatcoin fix this technical issue so that users can delete their accounts without encountering errors or unnecessary obstacles.

Please process my account deletion request and provide me with confirmation once my account and personal data have been completely removed.
