Sweat Wallet Won’t Let Me Delete My Account

I forgot my 20-character password for my Sweat Wallet account, so I decided to delete my account and start over. However, the app won’t let me delete it!

When I select "Delete Account", it asks me for a reason. After submitting my response, I keep getting an error, and the process never completes. This is incredibly frustrating—I just want to reset my account and create a new one, but the app won't allow it.

I need Sweat Wallet to fix this issue immediately and let me delete my account as I should be able to. There should be a simple way to reset or remove an account!
