Hello, I lost my Sweatcoin secret codes and now I can’t access my account. I tried to recover them, but the secret codes are not being sent to my email. How am I supposed to find codes that were sent five years ago?
If email verification is required when signing up, why can’t I use my email to log in? This makes no sense! There should be a proper way to recover accounts without relying on old codes that users can easily lose over time.
