Sweatcoin Won’t Send My $5 Gift Card Reward

I am trying to claim the $5 gift card reward available in the Sweatcoin app, but even though I have enough Sweatcoin balance to redeem the reward, the gift card code is never provided to me. There is also no error message or explanation displayed in the app.

For approximately four days, I have tried to claim the reward more than 10 times. However, the reward code does not appear in the app and has not been sent to my email address either. As a result, I am unable to use a reward that I have earned and am not receiving the benefit that the app promised me.

I request that you investigate why the reward code is not being delivered and provide me with my $5 gift card code. If the code cannot be provided, I request an alternative solution of equal value.
