Sweatcoin Has Not Responded About My Reward

On February 23, 2026, I sent an email to the address provided by Sweatcoin, [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), regarding a reward I had won through the Sweatcoin app. However, despite the amount of time that has passed, I have not received any response or any information about the status of my reward.

My Sweatcoin account is registered under the username “fatihnumanaltunbas.” I have not received either a confirmation that my reward has been processed or any explanation regarding what stage the process is currently at. This lack of communication is frustrating and has made me concerned both about the reward I won and about my trust in the app.

I request that Sweatcoin provide me with clear and detailed information about the current status of my reward and explain why I have not received any response to my previous email. I would appreciate having this communication issue resolved and receiving a clear update about when and how I will receive the reward I won.
