Swarovski Stilla Ring Coating Worn After Nine Days

On 04.03.2026, I purchased a Swarovski Stilla set ring (size 58, product code 5649213) in Finland. Although I have been using the ring set for only 9 days, I noticed on 09.03.2026 that the coating of one of the rings I use as a set has clearly worn off. I do not consider such a distinct deformation within such a short period of time to be normal for a product of this brand and price segment. Regarding this issue, I contacted both Swarovski customer service and a Swarovski store by phone. However, I was only told that I must personally visit the store and that they cannot assist via shipping. Since I live in Muğla and there is no Swarovski store in my province, going to a store is practically not possible for me. My warranty certificate is also in my possession. Given that this coating wear has occurred in a product that is only 9 days old, I kindly request that my ring be examined under warranty and, if possible, replaced with the same model, or that an appropriate solution be offered to remedy my grievance.
