Swarovski Refuses to Repair Ring After Stone Falls Out

In 2019, I purchased a ring from the Swarovski store at Ankara Kentpark Mall. Some time ago, one of the stones fell out of my ring, and I contacted the store to request a repair. The store staff informed me that until the warranty period expires, they only offer product replacement, and once the warranty has ended, they do not provide any repair service—even for a fee.
I am seriously disappointed that a brand like Swarovski, which positions itself as a symbol of quality and prestige, offers no option other than throwing the product away. I also contacted customer service via email through my Swarovski Club membership, but I did not receive any response. I request that Swarovski provide repair support for my ring, whether paid or complimentary, in a manner consistent with the brand’s quality standards and customer satisfaction principles, and that customers not be left without solutions in similar situations.

I contacted the Swarovski store after the stone fell out, and I was only offered a product replacement. Once the item was considered out of warranty, no repair service was provided, and even paid repair was not possible. I also sent an email to customer service but did not receive any response. The brand’s after-sales support appears inadequate and irresponsible.
