Swarovski Jewelry Repair Delays and Poor Customer Service
About 1.5 years ago, I bought a Swarovski jewelry piece that broke at the connecting link. I attempted to return it, which ended up taking nearly two months due to a complete lack of responsiveness from Swarovski. I constantly had to chase them down just to get updates. They eventually accepted the return, but the replacement didn’t fit. Since then, I’ve been trying for over a month to get a coupon code issued to resolve this, yet I only receive empty promises of “it will be done soon.” This ongoing delay is incredibly frustrating. No one should have to endure this kind of service after spending money on their product. I urgently need assistance with this matter and will consider legal action if the issue isn’t resolved.
