Sürat Kargo Lost My Package and Has Not Resolved It for Over 65 Days

Sürat Kargo lost my package. I submitted the necessary documents on 21.12.2024. The headquarters called me, saying the issue would be resolved within a maximum of 65 days, but there has been no progress. Despite providing all the required information and proof of shipment, it feels like my complaints are falling on deaf ears. I’ve contacted customer service countless times and opened two complaint records. I also reached out on social media, but nothing has been resolved. It’s frustrating to see such poor customer service from a company I once trusted. I’ll wait one more week and then go directly to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Sürat Kargo is a complete disappointment!
