Sürat Kargo Marked My Package as Delivered but I Never Received It

Sürat Kargo Istanbul Esenler branch marked my package as delivered on February 18, 2025, at 14:19, but I never received anything. When I called customer service, they asked for my tracking number and then told me that there was an issue with the delivery and that they would get back to me. However, it is now past 18:00, and I can no longer reach any customer service representative. Even the customer complaint form on Sürat Kargo’s website does not go through. Who did they deliver my package to, or did they falsely mark it as delivered? On February 19, I will file a complaint with the police and the prosecutor's office against Sürat Kargo and the responsible courier. I will also take legal action through the Consumer Arbitration Board.
