Cargo Delay and Rude Treatment at the Branch

I experienced a serious problem with Sürat Kargo. My package (tracking no: 10019775253189), sent through Gardrops from Yenimahalle, Ankara, was mistakenly delivered to Çubuk instead of reaching the Yapracık branch in Etimesgut, where it was supposed to go. When I noticed the issue and called customer service, they told me the package was redirected and that I should contact the Yapracık branch. However, when I called the branch, the person who answered hung up on me without speaking. I reported this again to customer service, and they said the branch would get back to me, but I never received a response. It took five full days for my package to travel within Ankara. The package contained competition equipment, and due to the delay, I was unable to participate in the competition. On top of that, I was singled out because of missing equipment and suffered because of it. Not only was the late delivery frustrating, but the indifference and disrespectful behavior of the branch employee were also very upsetting. I expect at least an apology from the employee at the Yapracık branch who hung up on me without speaking, and I request more careful and respectful communication with me and other customers.
