SuperStep Sent Wrong Item and Hasn’t Issued Refund After Two Months

On September 25, 2024, I placed an order on SuperStep’s website (Order No: 2720609617723232.002) for an Adidas Originals 3 Stripe Women’s Yellow T-Shirt. However, when the package arrived on September 27, 2024, I was shocked to find socks instead of the T-shirt I ordered. I immediately reported the issue to the designated email address (SuperSt*****@erenperakende.com) and initiated a return on the same day.

It has now been nearly two months since I returned the incorrect item, yet I have not received any updates or a refund. Despite sending multiple emails and submitting complaint forms through the website, I have received no response. This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable.

Due to this frustrating experience, I will no longer shop on SuperStep. I demand that my refund is processed immediately to resolve this issue. Customers deserve better service and accountability!
