I have been a Superonline fiber internet customer for the past 7 years at the same address. Over the years, I have experienced occasional outages and problems. As Superonline subscribers know, it is like loving roses - you get pricked by the thorns but you endure. However, in the past year, the situation has become unbearable.
They said my modem was old and I paid to have it replaced. But the problems got worse. All the devices in my house are constantly disconnecting. There is no device in my house that can use the internet for 30 minutes without interruption. I am tired of trying to contact customer service, as they do not do anything. They claim to do remote troubleshooting, but it does not work.
Long story short, if there is an official reading this, I hope my internet problem will be resolved by March 24th. I will not bother contacting customer service anymore. If the situation remains the same on March 24th, I will switch to another internet provider. There are many options available in the market. Why should I suffer with Turkcell Superonline?
