I Got Charged for CapCut Pro by Mistake and Didn’t Even Get the Membership

I accidentally purchased a CapCut Pro membership and realized it within 2 minutes, so I immediately canceled it. Despite canceling right away and never using the Pro features, I was still charged ₺2000, and I didn’t even get access to the Pro version afterward. So now I’m stuck with no membership and no refund.

I’ve seen many others online dealing with the same issue, but I have no idea if any of them ever got their money back. I want CapCut to know this isn’t just a small mistake—this is theft. I demand my money back urgently. Please fix this and stop ignoring users who are being charged unfairly.
