I Face Withdrawal Delay on Sugo as ₺800 Papara Transfer Stays Pending

On August 13, I initiated a ₺800 withdrawal from Sugo to my Papara account. The transaction went through without any error messages, but my account has been showing the status as “pending approval” ever since. This was my first-ever withdrawal request on the platform, and I have never encountered a similar issue before.

So far, I have not been able to reach customer service to get an explanation or an update on the delay. Given that the amount has already been deducted from my available balance, I expect the payment to be processed without further unnecessary waiting.

I request that Sugo immediately approve and complete my ₺800 withdrawal and ensure that such delays do not occur again in the future.
