CapCut Charged My Credit Card Without Approval — Need Immediate Refund

On October 4, 2025, while using the CapCut app on my Android phone, ₺1,000 was withdrawn from my credit card under the description “CapCut Premium Membership Fee” without my knowledge or consent. I have only ever used the app for free and never started any Premium membership. The credit card statement does not include any transaction number or reference code for this payment.

This appears to be a one-time charge, and there are no other payments listed on my Google Play account apart from this one related to CapCut. I contacted my bank, but they stated that the issue originated from CapCut’s side. I also tried to reach CapCut customer support, but couldn’t find a way to contact them, nor does the app provide any option to cancel or manage subscriptions. Additionally, I have not received any invoice, subscription notice, or confirmation email regarding this transaction.

I request that the ₺1,000 withdrawn without authorization be refunded immediately and that CapCut take responsibility for this unauthorized charge. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and for clear communication regarding how such charges can be prevented in the future.
