I recently noticed that a Premium trial was accidentally started on the CapCut app without my authorization. Upon receiving a notification about the subscription, I immediately canceled the membership to prevent any charges. Despite this, ₺199,99 was withdrawn from my bank account.
I tried to reach out to CapCut’s support team, but I could not find any contact information or a way to speak with a representative. This situation is very upsetting, especially since I am a student and ₺199,99 is a significant amount for me. I have not used the Premium features at all, and this charge was made without my consent.
I explicitly request the cancellation of this unauthorized Premium subscription and a full refund of the ₺199,99 withdrawn from my account.
