Supercell Store Blocked My Purchases After a Refund

I have been an active player of various Supercell games—especially Clash of Clans—for many years, and I regularly make purchases through the Supercell Store. Recently, I accidentally bought the wrong product on the Supercell Store and contacted support via email, requesting a refund and specifying which product I wanted instead. My refund request was approved, but after that, my ability to make purchases from the Supercell Store was disabled.

For about six months now, I have been completely unable to make any purchases from the Supercell Store. As someone who has spent years playing your games, investing time and money, this situation has both upset me and honestly made me lose enthusiasm for the game. When I contacted your support team about this issue, the only response I received was, “Unfortunately, I can’t help with this,” without any explanation or solution.

I respectfully request an explanation for why my purchasing access on the Supercell Store was disabled and that it be reactivated if possible. I ask that my account be reviewed again as a reliable and long-term player account.
