Supercell Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver the Purchase or Issue a Refund
I made an in-game purchase through Supercell.com, and although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the item I paid for never appeared in the game. I immediately reached out to their support team via the email address “s******@supercell.mail.helshift.com.” They responded saying that my refund would be processed within 10 business days.
Well, it's been well over that time, and I still haven’t received a single cent back. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but all I get are automated responses—no real answers, no human support, and no resolution. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like I’m being ignored after they took my money.
Supercell, I’m officially filing this complaint. Either deliver what I paid for or issue my refund immediately. Stop hiding behind bots and take real responsibility for your users' payments.
