I stayed at Sunshine Holiday Resort on July 16, 2023, and it was the worst vacation experience I’ve had in Fethiye. My family vacations here every year, but this was the first time we were so disappointed.
The waterslides were only open for two hours a day, and drinks were served only in plastic or paper cups—no glassware at all, something I’ve never seen at any other hotel. What made things worse was that I had planned a birthday celebration for my child, but despite reminding the staff twice, they completely forgot about it!
When I asked for a manager, an animation team member named A* showed up—drunk! During our 10-day stay, I even spoke with the hotel owner, who simply dismissed our complaints as if these issues were "normal".
Instead of a relaxing vacation, every day was stressful. Sunshine Holiday Resort, this is unacceptable! I demand an explanation and better service for future guests. Has anyone else experienced such poor treatment here?
