Sunshine Holiday Resort Fethiye Gave Me a Room with Leaks & Ignored Complaints

I booked a stay at Sunshine Holiday Resort Fethiye through Jolly Tur. When I arrived, Jolly Tur’s representative, B Bey, contacted me and helped with check-in. However, the room had multiple issues from the start.

The toilet seat was broken, and the ceiling was leaking water. While they fixed the toilet, they did nothing about the leak, despite my complaints. Instead, they kept stalling for a week, pretending to address the issue, but no real action was taken. It became clear that the staff had no proper communication, and their lack of care was appalling.

Sunshine Holiday Resort Fethiye and Jolly Tur, treat your guests with respect and address serious room issues properly! Travelers, beware—this hotel ignores complaints and leaves you with unresolved problems!
