Sunshine Hotel Fethiye - False Promises & Poor Service

I booked a vacation at Sunshine Hotel Fethiye, expecting a pool-view room, as promised. Seven families in our group booked together, but when we arrived, the hotel failed to honor their commitments. Instead of the agreed-upon rooms, we were given attic-level rooms with walled balconies, completely different from what was advertised.

The reception staff was unhelpful, and customer service ignored our complaints. Despite informing them that we were families with children, they refused to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, there is no elevator, making it extremely difficult for families with strollers or elderly guests.

This was my first and last stay at this hotel. Completely unreliable and unprofessional management!
