My Makromusic Subscription Still Charges Me After Cancellation

I'm absolutely livid with Makromusic. I canceled my Makromusic subscription back in April, yet they've continued to charge me ₺500 every month since last year! I just discovered these unauthorized charges, and it's infuriating. Even though I clearly canceled my membership, my attempts to report these deductions through the App Store were met with a brick wall; they claimed they couldn't do anything.
Trying to reach Makromusic directly has been a complete nightmare. I can't get through to anyone, my appeals are ignored, and a refund seems impossible. To make matters worse, I can't even sort this out with my bank because there's no contact number provided by Makromusic for these transactions. This is blatant theft and a complete disregard for their customers. Makromusic, you need to provide a direct line of communication and immediately refund all unauthorized charges!
