I Still Haven’t Received My Suno Refund Despite Official Confirmation Email
On April 17, 2026, I purchased a monthly subscription through the Suno app using my Ziraat Bank debit card for approximately $10. On April 19, I submitted a refund request, and on April 20, I received an email from Suno stating that my refund had been successfully processed.
Despite receiving this confirmation, no refund has been credited to my bank account. To verify the situation, I contacted Ziraat Bank and asked them to review both my account activity and any pending or completed refund transactions. The bank clearly informed me that there is no record of any refund related to this payment.
At this point, I have not yet contacted Suno support again. However, the fact that I received a message stating that my refund was completed while neither my bank records nor my account balance show any refund has left me in a difficult position.
I request that Suno immediately investigate this matter and verify whether the refund transaction was actually processed. If the refund has not been completed, I expect the full amount of approximately $10 paid on April 17 to be returned to my Ziraat Bank account without delay. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the refund status, including any transaction references or payment details necessary to track the refund process.
