Regarding my September 18, 2025 SunExpress flight XQ827, I have been trying to reach customer service from Bosnia and Herzegovina for two days without success. I repeatedly attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels, yet I could not find any representative to assist me. When I called by phone, I could not even hear the other party’s voice, which forced me to pay extra charges for unsuccessful calls. On WhatsApp, I also received no response. I only need to correct a mistake caused by choosing the wrong option during the booking process, but due to the inability to reach customer service, I am left without a solution and facing unnecessary frustration. I request that SunExpress provide reliable and accessible customer support for passengers abroad and resolve this issue immediately to prevent further inconvenience.
