SunExpress System Error Charged Me Multiple Times While Booking Ticket (PNR: XH6Q38)

On the evening of September 11, I tried to purchase a ticket with SunExpress for the September 13, 22:00 Izmir–Antalya flight. During the booking process, the system failed three times, and my ticket was not issued. On my fourth attempt, the purchase finally went through, and I received my reservation number XH6Q38 under passenger name T** G***. However, even though the first three attempts failed, my Akbank card was charged three separate amounts: ₺1,900, ₺1,938, and ₺1,200. When I contacted customer service, I was told these payments were only pending transactions and would be refunded. Instead, the next day, the full amounts were actually withdrawn from my card, and no refunds have been made. This situation has left me unfairly charged due to a system error. I demand that all excess charges be refunded immediately and that SunExpress take responsibility for ensuring customers are not financially harmed by technical failures on its platform.
