SunExpress Airlines Baggage Delivery Issue and Delay

On our flight from Düsseldorf to Adana, unfortunately, our baggage was not loaded onto the plane, which led to it not being delivered to us. We completed a form, but despite the expected delivery time of 24 hours, we were informed that it might take up to two days. This is extremely negligent. I had come across negative feedback in the past, but I was taken aback by what I experienced. My luggage on SunExpress had my medications and personal items. Even individuals arriving for a one-week getaway were informed that they would need to be patient for a couple of days. That's unfortunate.
