SunExpress Damaged My Luggage and Lost ₺5,000 Worth of Items After Munich Flight

On May 18, 2025, at 6:02 PM, I landed on a SunExpress flight from Munich and went to the baggage claim area. I waited nearly 45 minutes, only to realize my suitcase wasn’t on the belt. When I reported it to the lost baggage office, an employee eventually showed up—not with my bag on the carousel, but pushing it on a small cart. My luggage was burst open, and the staff member was carrying some of my belongings under his arm, wrapped in stretch film.
He dropped the damaged suitcase in front of me and handed over the items he had tucked under his arm to the office. The staff at the desk claimed the damage was due to “user error” and told me I wouldn't get any compensation. Instead of a proper inspection, they wrapped my torn suitcase with tape and sent me on my way.
When I got home, I discovered that my recently purchased items worth ₺5,000 (with the original invoice in hand) were missing from my luggage. Airport staff had completely dismissed my concerns, refusing to document the damage or missing items, even though the belongings were clearly seen in the possession of their own colleague.
This suitcase was brand new, and I have both proof of purchase and the receipt for the missing contents. I am demanding immediate compensation for the damage to my luggage and the loss of my personal items, which your own staff mishandled. SunExpress must take responsibility for this unacceptable experience and resolve this issue without delay.

It's really funny that there is still no contact.
