Sugo App Device Restricted On Samsung Galaxy A17

I am using a Samsung Galaxy A17 and I downloaded the Sugo app yesterday. From the very first time I tried to use it, my device appears to be banned from using some of the app’s basic functions. Whenever I try to message someone or start a voice chat, a warning appears saying that “the function has been restricted,” and I am unable to proceed. This is the first time I have ever used Sugo, and I have never had a Sugo account or used the app on any other device before. I have not been given any clear explanation in the app about the reason for this limitation, so I do not understand why my device is restricted. I kindly request that the restriction on my device and account be removed so that I can use the messaging and voice chat features normally, or that I be clearly informed about the exact reason for this restriction and how it can be lifted.
Dear Fiza, Thank you for contacting us. The “function restricted” warning you are experiencing is typically triggered by the system’s security and risk control mechanisms. These restrictions may be applied automatically based on device or network-related factors, even if the account is newly created. Common reasons include: Use of VPN, proxy, or abnormal network environments Device or IP being flagged by the system Multiple account registrations or similar activity patterns detected on the device/network These measures are in place to protect the platform and ensure safe usage for all users. At this stage, we recommend trying the following: Use a stable and regular network connection (avoid VPN/proxy) Avoid creating multiple accounts on the same device Continue using one consistent account normally for a period of time If the issue persists, please share your User ID so we can further check your account status in detail. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Sugo Support Team
