Sugo Account Restricted Despite No Rule Violations
I installed the SUGO app on my Android phone through the Google Play Store, but immediately after installation, my account functions were restricted. Since then, I have been unable to send messages or post moments, as the app indicates that these features are restricted. I contacted in-app support and was instructed to call customer service, but my issue remains unresolved. I have not been given a clear explanation as to why my account was restricted immediately, even though I am a new user and, to my knowledge, have not violated any rules. I respectfully request that the restriction on my account be removed so I can use SUGO normally again, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this restriction and the steps required to have it lifted.
