Sugo Messaging Blocked My Account From Sending Messages Since Day One

From the very first moment I created my account on the Sugo app, I have been unable to send messages. Each time I try, I receive an “function restricted” error, and none of my messages are delivered to the other person. This issue started without me even having a single conversation, and I only use one account.

The problem has continued for about one month, and despite contacting customer service, I have not received any response or support. The restriction occurs everywhere I try to use the app, and my device is a OnePlus 9 Pro. My user ID is 130474427.

I am demanding a clear explanation of why my account was restricted from the start and that this issue be fixed immediately. The messaging feature must be restored so that I can use my account normally. Sugo must improve its support and address technical problems without leaving users ignored for weeks.
