I am a long-time Sugo Chat user on Android, but recently I have been completely unable to access the platform. Whenever I try to log in to my Sugo profile using any of my credentials or login methods, I receive the same error message: “[email protected].” This issue occurs on both of my devices, a Samsung Galaxy A56 and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, and I have never used any abnormal or unofficial software on either device. I used Sugo Chat occasionally in the past and had not used the app for about two months. When I tried to return and log in again, I discovered that I could not access my account or even create a new one. I attempted to log in and sign up using different methods, including Gmail, Facebook, WhatsApp, and multiple mobile numbers, but every attempt results in the same banned message on both devices. It now appears that my Samsung Galaxy A56, and possibly my other devices as well, have been banned without any clear reason. I also tried contacting you by email, but my messages were either not delivered or were delivered incompletely. When I contacted [email protected], I was advised to create a new user, but this is not possible because every attempt to register a new account through any channel again results in the same “[email protected]” error. One of my account IDs, as far as I remember, is 164135141, and my mobile numbers are +2011507448** and +2011507448**. I am located in Egypt. I sincerely apologize if anything happened by mistake on my end, but I genuinely do not know what went wrong and believe this must be an error. I kindly request that you urgently investigate why my devices and accounts appear to be banned, clearly explain the reason for this issue, and lift the ban so that I can access and use Sugo Chat again. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
