On 30 November 2025, I was suddenly logged out of the Sugo app, and since then it appears that my device has been banned from using the service. This happened without any prior sign, warning, or explanation, and I have not been informed of any specific reason for this action. After noticing the ban, I contacted Sugo customer support to ask why this happened and how it could be resolved. However, I have not received any feedback or clarification so far, and I still cannot access Sugo on my iPhone. If I have unknowingly violated any guideline or rule, I sincerely apologize.
