Sugo iPhone Device Ban Without Warning - No Explanation or Support

I am writing regarding an issue with my Sugo account and device access on my iPhone. On 30 November 2025, I was suddenly logged out of the Sugo app, and since then it appears that my device has been banned from using the service. This happened without any prior sign, warning, or explanation, and I have not been informed of any specific reason for this action. After noticing the ban, I contacted Sugo customer support to ask why this happened and how it could be resolved. However, I have not received any feedback or clarification so far, and I still cannot access Sugo on my iPhone. If I have unknowingly violated any guideline or rule, I sincerely apologize. My request is that you review my case, forgive any unintentional violation, and kindly remove the ban from my device so that I can use Sugo again. I would also appreciate a clear explanation of what caused the ban so I can avoid any similar issue in the future. Thank you in advance for your attention and support.
