I’m writing this because my Sugo account was unfairly shut down without any explanation. The message I received claimed there were suspicious activities or violations, but I haven’t done anything wrong. I haven’t broken any rules or policies, and I certainly haven’t engaged in behavior that would justify a ban.
Now I’m completely locked out of my account, and I can’t access it from any device or platform. This is deeply frustrating, especially since I’ve invested time and effort into using the app properly. I demand that my account—ID: 25598380—be reviewed immediately.
