I have been using the Sugo chat application without any issues in my purchases or account activities. Despite this, my account was suddenly closed without any warning or explanation. I do not engage in activities like inappropriate messaging, and I have not received any prior notifications about rule violations or suspicious actions.

This unexpected account closure has caused me emotional distress and financial concern, especially since I made legitimate purchases through the platform. I have always complied with the platform’s terms and conditions, so I cannot understand why my account was banned. I rely on this platform, and losing access without a clear reason has disrupted my experience and left me feeling unfairly treated.

I kindly request that my account be reactivated immediately and that I be provided with a clear explanation regarding why it was banned in the first place. I expect transparency and fair treatment from the Sugo support team. Please resolve this issue urgently so that I can continue using my account without further problems.
