Sudocrem Shipping Issue Not Resolved

I ordered two 400 ml Sudocrem products a fortnight ago, and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Despite my repeated attempts to contact, I have not received any response, and communication seems to be completely absent. I don't plan on making any future purchases from this site.

It's frustrating when the product isn't shipped after payment has been received. I find it difficult to understand how such a situation is allowed to occur. Despite the many complaints they receive, they persist with their sales, which is causing a great deal of distress for their customers.
