Sudocrem Purchased from Pharmacy Found to Be Fake, No Support Provided

I purchased Sudocrem from a pharmacy, trusting the brand’s reputation, but it failed to treat my baby’s rash. I reached out to Sudocrem via Instagram, and they requested photos and details. After reviewing the information, they informed me that the product was counterfeit and asked where I had bought it.

Since my husband couldn’t remember the exact location, I couldn’t provide a specific address, but I am extremely upset with the lack of support from Sudocrem. I spent a significant amount of money, trusting the brand, only to find out it was fake. Despite being a victim of this situation, Sudocrem offered no compensation, replacement, or even an apology.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Sudocrem to others, as they fail to stand behind their products or assist affected customers.
