On the morning of February 28 at around 9:30 AM, I purchased a Sub15 Italian B.M.T sandwich from the Subway location at Oksijen 3 Dilovası, paying approximately $6. I placed my order based on the images shown both on Subway’s website and in the store, but the product I received looked nothing like what was advertised.
The sandwich had barely any ingredients inside. It only contained two thin slices of cheese, two thin slices of tomato, two very small round slices of cucumber, and about three slices of salami. Considering the price I paid and the full, well-filled sandwich shown in the visuals, I find this preparation completely unacceptable and misleading to customers. I was in a hurry at the time, so I did not have the opportunity to address the issue with the store directly, but I felt the need to report it here.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. I request that Subway provide an explanation for the significant difference between the advertised product and what was served, and I demand a full refund of the $6 I paid for this incomplete and misleading product.
