Subway Bowl Order Delivers Tiny Portions and Poor Value

On Tuesday, March 17, I ordered a teriyaki bowl from the Subway location in Bahçelerarası, İzmir through the Getir app. The portion I received was honestly a joke—there was almost no rice, and the chicken consisted of only a few tiny pieces. There was a serious mismatch between what I paid for and what I received, and it felt like the customer was being taken advantage of.

My order number is FYU2026007898116. After experiencing this issue, I tried calling both the specific branch and Subway’s general customer service line, but none of my calls were answered, and I received no response. I feel that my concern has not been taken seriously at all, neither in terms of the product nor customer service.

For this reason, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid. I also ask that my complaint be properly addressed and that this branch be reviewed to prevent similar issues from happening again.
