I placed an order through the Subway app at 6:50 PM, expecting a timely delivery like anyone would. But by the time it was 8:00 PM, my order still hadn’t arrived, and I was left completely in the dark about what was going on. I tried reaching out to Getir’s live support, but all I got was the same useless excuse about "heavy traffic" and no real update on my order. They didn’t cancel it either—just left me hanging.
To make matters worse, I called the Subway branch multiple times, but no one ever picked up. There was absolutely zero communication from the restaurant or the delivery person. It honestly felt like I was just stuck waiting around for the courier to show up whenever they felt like it.
Subway and Getir, this is completely unacceptable. I paid good money—₺300+—and didn’t even get the food I ordered. You need to improve your customer service and take action when an order goes missing. I expect a full refund, and more importantly, an explanation.
