On September 8, 2025, I placed an order for a Teriyaki Sandwich from the Subway Buca branch. However, the product I received was noticeably smaller than the advertised 15 cm size. When I reported the issue to the store staff, no solution was offered, and I was only met with excuses. I paid the full price of 180 TL by bank card. Unfortunately, I do not have a receipt or order number for this purchase. I request a refund regarding this matter. I kindly ask that the issue be investigated and that my grievance be resolved.
