I Was Charged Three Times for One Subway Italian BMT Sandwich Due to System Error

I recently attempted to order a 30 cm Italian BMT sandwich from Subway as a single item. Due to a system error, my credit card payment was declined twice, despite being charged. Ultimately, I had to pay in cash to complete my purchase.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, the system had actually processed both credit card transactions in addition to my cash payment. As a result, I ended up paying for the same sandwich three times.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and overcharged. I'm disappointed that Subway's payment system could allow such an error to occur, especially since it went unnoticed at the time of purchase.
I am now seeking a refund for the two erroneous charges made to my credit card. It's crucial that Subway addresses this issue promptly to restore my trust in their service and billing practices.
