I Report Subway Caddebostan Double Charge: No Refund For Second Payment

On June 13, 2025, I placed a sandwich order at the Subway Caddebostan branch. The cashier accidentally processed my payment twice, leading to my credit card being charged consecutively. The staff member assured me that the mistakenly charged amount would be canceled, and my bank would issue a refund. However, despite this assurance, the refund has not been processed.

This double charge has caused me significant financial inconvenience and frustration. I relied on the cashier's promise that the issue would be resolved promptly, but my money remains unreturned. The lack of accountability and the failure to process the refund as promised are unacceptable. I demand an immediate and full refund for the duplicate charge. Please resolve this within 14 days.
