My spouse and I placed an order from Subway Karşıyaka Yalı Mahallesi via the Getir app, expecting timely delivery. Unfortunately, we waited over an hour, and even after the promised delivery window passed, our order still hadn’t arrived. It was past midnight, and we were left waiting hungry and frustrated.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this location. On a previous occasion, we ordered around 1:00 AM, and the food wasn’t delivered until 4:00 AM. Getting a refund the next morning was also a hassle.
If the restaurant can’t fulfill late-night orders, they should not be accepting them on Getir. Customers shouldn’t be forced to stay up for hours wondering if their food will ever arrive.
Subway must address this issue immediately. Either ensure reliable delivery service or remove late-night ordering altogether. I demand a full refund and accountability for the consistent inconvenience this location causes.
