BYD Dolphin’s AC and Radar Malfunction on Day One—Service Can’t Fix It





I purchased my BYD Dolphin on January 29, 2025, and on the very first day, I discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work when I tried to turn it on for heating. I took the car to the service center, only to find that the technicians had no idea how to fix it.
They told me they reported the issue to headquarters and that I would get a response, but there has been no solution. To make matters worse, other malfunctions have started appearing in the vehicle, including a radar issue, yet I have received no updates about those either.
BYD, why are you selling cars if you don’t have a trained service team? How can a brand-new car have a faulty AC and radar right from the start? This is pure negligence and incompetence! I demand an immediate solution, or I will escalate this further.
