I Report Air Conditioning and Sound System Issues on My New Cupra Formentor VZ Line

I purchased a brand-new Cupra Formentor VZ Line just 2 weeks ago, excited to experience the quality of a premium vehicle. Unfortunately, I am already facing multiple critical issues that have deeply disappointed me.

First, the air conditioning system failed, which is unacceptable for a vehicle at this level and price point. On top of that, disturbing crackling sounds come from the sound system, especially when the bass is high. The excessive vibration causes plastic parts around the driver's seat to rattle constantly, ruining the cabin comfort.

It doesn’t stop there—I'm also hearing persistent noises from the brake pads on the rear right wheel, despite careful driving on regular roads. These are not minor cosmetic issues; they are mechanical and functional faults that directly affect safety and driving experience.

I never expected this from a brand-new car and now regret my decision to purchase it. The emotional frustration and lost confidence in the product are significant. I demand a full technical inspection, and either repair, part replacements, or a complete vehicle exchange if the problems persist.
