Lost Gems in Stumble Guys and Unable to Join Games

In Stumble Guys, I lost my diamonds after trying to join a game. Despite spending 20 gems to enter, I was unable to access the match, and the gems were not refunded. I played approximately six games, but none of them allowed me to join properly, resulting in a total loss of 120-200 gems in tournaments.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I spent my gems expecting to play, but instead, they disappeared without any benefit. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue and for my lost gems to be refunded. Players should not lose their in-game currency due to such errors. Please address this promptly and restore my gems. Thank you.
