StubHub Paper Ticket Delivery Speeds Are Very Low, Communication is Inadequate

I purchased tickets for the Coldplay concert in Athens this June. Although it's already June, my tickets haven't arrived yet. I live in Turkey and I'm leaving the country in a few days. I'm concerned because I don't know where my tickets are. None of the emails I've sent to the company have provided any clear information. My order number is 530776640.

Could you please provide the shipping code for my tickets? Without it, I won't be able to receive them. On a side note, I'm curious why paper tickets are still being used in this day and age.
